Description
A view of the Philadelphia City Hall Clock Tower at Night. Philadelphia's historic city hall was built between 1871 and 1901. At the time of its completion it was briefly the tallest building in the world. Today it is the seat of Philadelphia city government, in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The building's clock tower is topped by a statue of William Penn, the founder of the city and Pennsylvania.
